Founder & CEO
Jessica Baker is an entrepreneur focused on improving upon what is currently available in the market. She started her career in finance in New York at a hedge fund and then a fund of funds.
She transitioned into business consulting for firms like Thomson Reuters and the Federal Reserve Bank. She has published multiple articles in Forbes, Inc., Business Insider, and more on her expertise in business, finance, and technology. Jessica is a U.S. Patent holder around technology that is currently being utilized by multiple businesses. She holds a B.S. in Biology and an MBA in Finance from the University of Texas.
Susan King
COO
Susan brings broad business experience and leadership from startups to Fortune 500 companies across various industries. Her background includes commercial operations, M&A, finance leadership for ideation/research & development and business planning & analytics.
Susan holds a MBA in Finance and completed the coursework for a PhD in Finance from the University of Texas. She is also a lean six sigma black belt.
Professor Richard Linares
Founder & CEO
He is currently Assistant Professor, Aeronautics and Astronautics at M.I.T.
Richard is an expert in astrodynamics, space situational awareness, satellite guidance and navigation, estimation and controls, optimal control, reinforcement learning.
Professor Linares holds a B.S. & Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering from the University at Buffalo as well as a M.S. in Aerospace Engineering from The State University of New York.
Mark Plaskow
CTO
Mark is a data scientist bringing 20+ years of machine learning and artificial intelligence experience.
His has deep experience in leading major projects for fortune 500 companies such as eBay and Sears. At QMIRA, Mark led teams in managing data architecture, warehousing and analytics.
